Privacy notice

This website introduces SuperPak’s products and provides ways to contact our team.

Business inquiries

When online submissions are enabled, we use the name, email, message, and any optional business or phone details you provide to respond to your inquiry. Required fields are marked. We do not ask for payment information or create customer accounts on this site.

Website inquiries may be stored in Supabase and routed through n8n for team review. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information.

Website chat

When the AI assistant is enabled and you send a message, your message, a random conversation ID, the current page path, and browser language are sent to our n8n chat service. The workflow may use an AI provider and approved company data in Supabase to answer. The conversation ID and recent messages are kept in session storage in this browser tab so you can move between pages. Starting a new conversation clears the conversation shown in this tab and creates a new ID; it does not delete any service-side records. Do not share sensitive personal or payment information. Please contact our team about retention or deletion.

External services

The map connects to Google only when you choose to load it. WhatsApp and social links open external services governed by their own privacy policies. This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
